merge_config
Generates the IBP configuration by combining the IBP, Phoebus, and resource settings into the full IBP config – /depot/ibp.conf. The purely IBP server setting and Phoebus settings are stored in /depot/ibp.settings and /depot/phoebus.settings respectively with the individual resource settings stored in /depot/rid-*/md/rid.settings files.
